- If this is page is being loaded using a browser installed on the myCC server, check that the myCC services are running or that Windows Firewall rules are not blocking the traffic to tcp port 6010.
- If this page has been loaded from a browser installed on a PC remote to the myCC server then check that any Firewalls in place are correctly forwarding TCP traffic to port 6010 of the myCC server.
